After nearly two years of service, the training ministry of Trailblazin Ministries, Steps Discipleship Training Ministry, is closing its doors. Steps DTM was founded as a means of training individuals who had a desire to grow spiritually and mature in the faith, as well as those who had expressed interest in writing for Trailblazin Ministries. Steps DTM was a 10-lesson course that brought a believer through some fundamentals and high level doctrinal studies to equip them to better dissect the Word of God for themselves.

After much deliberation and prayer, Trailblazin Ministries has decided that it is best for us to shut down this ministry. We are doing this for several reasons. First, there were a lot of areas that needed to be reworked in how we approached the training ministry. Secondly, and probably most importantly, with LaRosa's current pastoral training, he wasn't able to commit the time necessary to work with each student individually to ensure that they were engaging the material in a manner that was going to allow them to best learn the information.

That being said, Trailblazin Ministries is not leaving believers without an option for deeper study and spiritual growth. Instead, we are now referring people to Grace Notes, a ministry of Austin Bible Church. In terms of what they offer compared to Steps DTM, they offer a lot more and the teaching varies from light to in-depth, with multiple levels of study. We at Trailblazin Ministries are sad to see Steps DTM go, but we realize that it's for the best, and we firmly believe that using Grace Notes will greatly benefit our users without us having to reinvent the wheel, per se.
